Industrial X-RAY

Industry is using a number of different x-ray based applications in QC testing today. Cabinet x-ray units, fluoroscopy units, luggage x-ray units, mail inspection units, hand held x-ray analyzer guns and electron microscopes are just a few of the systems that utilize x-rays. Upon installation or relocation of any industrial x-ray unit New Jersey State law requires the owner to register the unit with the state within 30 days and have a Radiation Protection Survey performed by a qualified medical physicist within 60 days. Monmouth Physics Associates performs the Radiation Protection Survey efficiently and will try to be as convenient as possible when scheduling the appointment.
