Upon installation or relocation of an x-ray unit New Jersey State law requires the owner to register the unit with the state within 30 days and have a Radiation Protection Survey performed by a qualified medical physicist within 60 days. Monmouth Physics Associates performs the Radiation Protection Survey efficiently and will be as convenient as possible when scheduling the appointment. Reports are mailed out quickly with State copies. We are also happy to answer any radiation safety questions you or your staff might have.
